The Children classes duration is approximately 30 minutes. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes earlier for a prompt start and there will be 5 minutes at the end of the class to answer your queries.
The Adult classes duration is approximately 45 minutes. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes earlier for a prompt start and there will be 5 minutes at the end of the class to answer your queries.
